Hazardous Materials
All hazardous materials must be accompanied with a MSDS. Storage and disposable information must also accompany the samples.
Turn-Around Time
Projects of 10 or fewer samples are processed in 5 working days or the data is provided free of charge. Some restrictions apply. Orders of more than 10 samples may take up to 10 days depending on the complexity of the project.
cGLP Compliant Data
PCL is pleased to provide cGLP compliant data when the customer requests it in the sample submission form. Please request our cGLP price list when submitting samples for cGLP treatment.
Sample Return
Samples will be disposed of by PCL unless directed otherwise by the client. Please specify your choice for sample disposal or return in the sample submission form.
Liability
By submitting samples to Particle Characterization Laboratories (PCL) you (the client) agree to the terms of payment for services provided, including additional charges and legal fees for late payment or non-payment.
In no event shall PCL be liable to the client for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages or losses arising from or related to services provided for or to be performed by PCL.
PCL's liability to the client, if any, shall in not exceed the total amount paid to PCL. The agreement between PCL and the client shall be deemed to have been performed in its entirety in the State of California and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California
